MOGUL/BUILD
Algorithm / 2026-10-27.v2

The formula is public.

A Build Score is a deterministic summary of observed evidence, not a guarantee of safety. These are the actual rules used by the scoring service.

Time windows and coverage

The most recent 60 minutes are compared with the preceding 24-hour market baseline. Up to three pools are checked: the highest-liquidity DexScreener pool first, then pools in GeckoTerminal response order. Each selected pool provides at most its latest 300 trades in the past 24 hours.

01

Real Buyers

/35
  1. 0117.5 × min(unique organic buying wallets / 100, 1).
  2. 0217.5 × (organic observed buy USD / all observed buy USD).
  3. 03Organic excludes the creator, RugCheck insider-graph participants, known market/vault accounts, and trades GeckoTerminal marks anomalous.
  4. 04Linked-wallet supply above 5% deducts one point per percentage point above 5%, capped at 17.5 points.
  5. 05Developer supply above 5% deducts one point per percentage point above 5%, capped at 10 points.
02

Social Heat

/25
  1. 01X contributes up to 20 points: 8 for unique authors (25 = full), 7 for the nonduplicate/nonrepetitive share, and 5 for engagement per quality post (50 = full).
  2. 02Telegram contributes up to 5 points: 2 for active linked public channels (2 = full), 2 for relevant messages (20 = full), and 1 for the nonduplicate share.
  3. 03Only text relevant to the exact contract, token name, or symbol plus a Solana context is counted. Reposts are excluded on X.
  4. 04X collection is limited to two pages of 100 posts. An additional page token marks the social evidence partial.
03

Momentum

/25
  1. 0110 points for one-hour USD volume acceleration against the average hourly volume in the preceding 23 hours; 2× acceleration earns full points.
  2. 028 points for one-hour buy share, scaling from 35% (zero) to 65% (full).
  3. 037 points for one-hour price change, scaling linearly from -10% (zero) to +10% (full).
  4. 04For pools younger than 24 hours, the available older history is used and the result is marked thin. Zero current and baseline volume earns zero acceleration points.
04

Receipts

/15
  1. 0115 × (matched promoters with a verified token purchase before their first matched post / matched promoters checked).
  2. 02A qualifying transaction is successful, involves a known token market, increases the mapped wallet's token balance, and occurs in the 72 hours before the post.
  3. 03At most 100 recent signatures and 40 transactions are inspected per matched wallet. A truncated history is marked partial.
  4. 04No matched promoter or unavailable history means unknown, not a pass or fail. Public evidence never includes a KOL handle.

Momentum words

Building requires at least 16/25 momentum points and at least 1.1× volume acceleration. Fading applies below 8/25 or when acceleration is below 0.75× and buy share is below 50%. Other results are Flat.

Determinism

The same normalized scoring inputs and algorithm version produce the same pillar scores, caps, reasons, band, and momentum word. Live snapshots have different IDs and collection timestamps.

Known limitations

Public pool trades can be truncated. Transaction-origin wallets are used as buyer wallets. Public Telegram previews expose only available public channel messages. Scores are evidence summaries, not proof of safety or financial advice.
