Evidence, not financial advice
Mogul Build summarizes public blockchain, market, and social data. Scores, bands, reasons, warnings, and Receipts are informational only. They are not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice; a recommendation to buy or sell; or a guarantee that a token, developer, or promoter is safe or legitimate. You are responsible for your own decisions and independent verification.
Data can change or be incomplete
Third-party APIs, public RPC endpoints, blockchains, social networks, and public channel pages may be delayed, rate-limited, truncated, wrong, or unavailable. We label known coverage limitations, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, complete history, or error-free third-party evidence. Saved results preserve the evidence used at their collection time; they are not live claims about the present.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, overload, scrape at unreasonable volume, bypass rate limits or owner access, submit malicious content, impersonate others, or use the service to facilitate unlawful conduct. Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, or other secrets. The service never needs them.
Neutral evidence standard
Mogul Build does not call any person or project a scammer. Public Receipts are limited to wallet addresses, timestamps, transaction evidence, and neutral findings. A missing purchase or unavailable history is not proof of wrongdoing. A verified purchase is not an endorsement.
Third-party services and links
DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, RugCheck, X, Telegram, Solana RPC providers, Solscan, and linked websites operate independently. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of their services. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
Corrections and objections
You may request a factual review through the public corrections form without an account or email. Provide the result ID and verifiable public evidence. A submission does not guarantee a change; corrections are reviewed for factual accuracy and abuse prevention.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an 'as available' basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. You may stop using the service at any time.
