Privacy, plainly.
This notice explains what the application stores and how to object. It does not require you to create an account or supply contact details.
No account data
Mogul Build does not offer public accounts, request email addresses, ask you to connect a wallet, or receive your private keys. There are no advertising or analytics trackers in this application. The private owner console uses a separate operator key and is not a public user account.
What is stored
We store token identifiers, market metrics, normalized scoring inputs, source coverage, warnings, result timestamps, and public wallet/transaction evidence needed to reproduce saved results. We also store correction submissions, operator-supplied KOL-to-wallet mappings, Telegram group mappings, lookup events, and vendor health/error logs. KOL handles are not placed on public share cards.
Network and abuse-prevention data
Your IP address is used by the serving infrastructure and converted to a hashed identifier for temporary Redis rate-limit keys. We do not store raw IP addresses in the application’s Postgres lookup events. Operational logs are retained only as needed for security, abuse prevention, vendor-cost review, and reliability.
Public sources
Wallet addresses and transactions are public blockchain data. Matched posts and channel messages come from public X/Telegram sources. Token queries, token names, and contract addresses are sent to the data providers used to produce a result. We never send private keys because the service never receives them.
Why results are retained
Saved results are retained so shared links and cards remain faithful to the original evidence rather than silently changing. Operational records are kept for reliability and review. Correction records are retained while under review and for a reasonable audit period.
Your choices and objections
You can use the tool without creating an account or providing an email. To object to processing, request correction of a wallet mapping, or challenge a factual statement, use the corrections form. Select 'Other / objection' or the relevant evidence type, include the result ID when available, and provide public supporting evidence. Do not include private personal information.
Review limits
Mogul Build cannot alter blockchain history or third-party platforms. An objection can address our stored mapping, characterization, or result evidence. Requests are reviewed for factual basis, legal obligations, and abuse prevention; a submission does not guarantee deletion or modification.
